At Rivet Innovate, we recognise that a company is only as good as its team so we invest heavily in skills specific training. Innovate aims to provide specific skills training with suppliers and local suppliers, as well as onsite or on-the-job as needed. We like to keep ahead of the latest developments and trends to ensure that you can increase your sheet metal fabrication light and engineering skills.
We managed assigned tools using an asset tag system. We only allow the use of appropriate quality tools because your health and safety matters to us. We believe in regular maintenance and servicing.
As a health and safety conscious company, we put wellbeing at the forefront, that’s why we offer a Free Medical Insurance plan to all Rivet Innovate employees. It has options and addons to suit your needs (at an additional cost). When you need wellbeing support, we want to make sure you’re covered.
As of your ten year anniversary with Rivet Innovate, you’ll be entitled to Long Service Leave. This is one of the ways that we choose to acknowledge the time, energy and effort that our team puts into their work.
